SETTLEMENT ASSISTANT

  • Degree holder in Finance or Economics or business related disciplines
  • Experience in handling settlement of local/overseas equities, structured products, or corporate action
  • Knowledge in CCASS operations or Euroclear preferred
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese
  • Well-versed in computer applications, e.g. Word, Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
 

CLIENT SERVICES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain long-term relationships with high networth house clients 
  • Identify clients’ investment needs and provide relevant product information and service
  • Provide customer services and handle client enquires in a professional manner 
  • Execute and manage orders for equities on HKEX and other major exchanges.  Those with knowledge in handling structured products, futures, and derivatives would be considered favourably. 
  • Handle account opening 
 
Requirements:
  • SFC or HKMA licensee with at least 2 years relevant experience from Private Banking, Wealth Management or Asset Management. 
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin 
  • Well-versed in computer applications e.g. Word & Excel 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 

RESEARCH ASSISTANT – Market Strategy

We are seeking a Research Assistant to support the Head of Research on Market Strategy. You are expected to assist in macro analysis, helping with client and sales requests and drafting strategy reports.
 
Major Responsibilities and Objectives:
  • Assist in research report writing, generating and communicating investment ideas
  • Valuation analysis and stock filtering
  • Attend to sales and client requests
  • Liaising with the rest of research team to keep abreast of bottom up investment ideas
The successful candidate will have: 
  • Minimum 2:1, GPA 3.2/4.0 (or equivalent) Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or other relevant discipline
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, ability to multi-task and strong organisational and communication skills
  • Driven, self-starter
  • Familiar with MS Office, including Excel VBA and Powerpoint
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
 

SENIOR SETTLEMENT CLERK / SETTLEMENT CLERK

  • Form 5 or above with at least 1 year relevant experience in financial institution or stockbroking firm
  • Knowledge of local settlement systems is essential
  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Well-versed in computer applications: Word & Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently under pressure
  • Occasional night shift required 
 

ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

Responsibilities :

  • Manage full spectrum of office administration functions, including office supplies purchasing, printing, courier and document dispatch services, receptionist duty, renovation and maintenance
  • Formulate, implement and revamp the current administration policies, procedures and guidelines and make improvement on them
  • Maintain central filing and documentation system
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above with at least 3 years’ supervisory experience in banking and financial industry or sizable companies
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Mature, self-motivated & well-organized
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Immediate availability is preferred
 

SENIOR OFFICER – Product Team

The successful candidate will join the team in managing risk and credit control.

  • Leading, monitoring projects and maintain relationship with internal departments, sales, and external counterparties, collect feedback from all relevant parties
  • Submit proposal of new product type / structure, analyze risk and return, liaise with Product Committee / Senior Management / Relevant departments
  • Explore new counterparties liaise with relevant department to enhance competitiveness
  • New / existing counterparty management, including t&c review
  • Develop and maintain termsheet template. Prepare termsheet per trade basis
  • Provide product marketing and training to sales and all relevant departments
  • Product due diligence for new product and continuous monitoring
  • Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin is a must

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as junior roles)

 

DIRECTOR - EQUITY CAPITAL MARKETS

Responsibilities :

  • Originate, structure and execute equity and equity-linked transactions
  • Manage equity and equity-linked transaction projects, lead and guide junior team members in managing client negotiation and work process, project deliverables and timetables
  • Take an active role in the engagement process and fully involve in business development and execution activities
  • Develop and expand institutional client base including fund houses, investment banks, listed companies in local and overseas markets
  • Ensure all transactions proceed in compliance with internal control procedures and the regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years working experience within Equity Capital Markets with well-regarded investment banking platforms
  • University degree from a leading renowned university majoring in Finance or related disciplines with excellent academic results
  • Strong network of client relationships with Asian corporates and investors
  • Good command of written/spoken English/Chinese and fluency in Mandarin
  • Equipped with sound investment and financial market knowledge, rules and regulations of capital markets of Hong Kong
  • Good analytical, interpersonal and presentation skills
 

SALES ASSISTANT – Private Wealth Management

  • SFC or HKMA licensee with at least 2 years relevant experience from Private Banking, Wealth Management or Asset Management
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Mandarin
  • Well-versed in computer applications e.g. Word & Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 

CREDIT OFFICER/ CREDIT ASSISTANT

The successful candidate will join the team in managing risk and credit control.

  • University graduate in Business, Finance and Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years(1 year for Credit Assistant) relevant in credit/risk management or audit experience from brokerage firms or related organizations. Experience in credit control will be an advantage
  • Familiar with Hong Kong securities and futures markets (knowledge in regional market and OTC products will be an added advantage)
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
 

ASSISTANT CREDIT MANAGER

The successful candidate will join the team in managing risk and credit control.

  • University graduate in Business, Finance & Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant in credit/risk management or audit experience from brokerage firms or related organizations. Experience in credit control will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long term business relationships with corporate clients in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan
  • Generate sales leads with corporate clients
  • Provide professional advice to clients on various investment opportunities
  • Develop new prospects of corporate clients and expand market share
  • Work with internal departments to implement selling procedures and policies
  • Ensure all transactions undertaken with clients complying with relevant rules and regulations imposed by the regulators

Requirements:

  • Holder of SFC license, Type 1 & 2 preferred
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or related discipline
  • 3-5 years’ related work experience in banks or financial institutions
  • Candidates with existing clients' relationships is definite an advantage
  • Strong sales technique and self-motivated
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
 

FINANCIAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

  • Originate, develop and maintain good quality of service and relationship with clients.
  • Conduct review & assessment for clients’ portfolio.
  • Plan and organize sales activities to develop new businesses

Requirements :

  • Obtain university degree in business, finance, economic or related disciplines.
  • Acquire minimum 2 years’ direct experience in client relationship management or marketing in banking / financial services industry.
  • Possess good knowledge in financial products such as structured products, bond, equity and index/commodities futures etc.
  • Have an existing clientele base

Requirements

  • SFC license holder
