Responsibilities:
  • Execute corporate finance transactions including IPO, M&A, pre-IPO investment, financial advisory and other fundraising exercises
  • Perform internal approval procedures, due diligence, market research, financial analysis and regulatory submission preparation
  • Prepare, review and follow up transaction issues and documentation independently and report to supervisors from time to time
  • Liaise with clients, external professional parties and communicate with regulators as required
  • Engage in financial modelling exercise and prepare valuation presentation
  • Actively involved in client pitches, market researches and idea generation for the team
  • Perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • University Degree holder in finance, accounting, or related discipline
  • Minimum 8-10 years' corporate finance-related experience
  • Proven track record in executing ECM/ M&A/ Debt transactions, with strong awareness of regulatory compliance requirements
  • Possess excellent analytical, interpersonal and presentation skill
  • Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Stable and proactive team player
  • Excellent spoken Mandarin and English is a must. Fluency in Cantonese is preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct account opening document review
  • Perform name screening and AML assessment
  • Perform accurate data input in systems
  • Ensure that SOPs are properly followed
  • Meet agreed service levels consistently
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Communicate with and support front-office sales and assistants regarding account opening related matters
Requirements:
  • Data entry test will be conducted during interview
  • Higher diploma or above
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
  • Basic understanding of individual account opening process

  • Preferably with account opening experience in brokerage or banking Industry

Responsibilities:
  • Handle daily transactions
  • Prepare banks and brokers reconciliation
  • Process expenses payment and input vouchers and receipts

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Execute OTC product (mainly structured products, bonds, options) orders and handle other daily dealing operation
  • Execute trade orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide high quality services in responding to inquires regarding trades and orders
  • Liaise with relevant departments and external parties

Requirements:
  • Holder of SFC RA1 and RA2 licenses or passed HKSI Licensing Examination Paper 1,7,8 and 9 is an advantage

Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in equity research or finance journalism

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Insurance Department
  • Communicate with insurance companies on SOPs, special offers, and new products

  • Prepare various routine internal reports
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance administration
  • Knowledge of insurance business operations is an advantage

Responsibilities:
  • Translate research reports and written materials between English and Chinese
  • Review and edit AI translated content for linguistic quality and consistency
  • Work with analysts and editors to clarify technical terms
  • Support proofreading and cross-language content checks
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Linguistics, Journalism, or related discipline
  • Native-level proficiency in Chinese and advanced command of English

  • Conduct technical analysis on HK, China, and US Stocks
  • Write short research reports on investment strategies and stock picks
  • Organize webinars/client meetings to market PWM research
  • Support Products team in generating investment ideas aligned with house views
  • Handle sales/client requests and monitor stock model portfolios
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an investment research role (HK/China)
  • Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • CFA and SFC Licenses 1 and 4 are preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Assist in writing research reports and notes
  • Maintain and update financial models for company and sector analysis
  • Monitor daily news flow and industry trends in the IT Hardware sector
  • Respond to sales and client requests promptly
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics / AI Technology
  • Minimum 2:1, GPA 3.2/4.0 (or equivalent)
